We are happy to invite you to the FCSI EAME Digital Summer Summit on June 30th, 2021 – 01.30 pm (CET). The theme of this summit is ‘Enabling Greatness’. In the attachment you will find the program. There are several sessions with very interesting speakers:

Speakers

Lennart Wallander has been in advertising and marketing for 28 years, of which 20 years at Food & Friends, a communication agency for food and beverages. His trendspotting lecture ‘Cheers to Disaster’ is all about food & drink during the corona-pandemic. His lecture will end with a Q&A session, so you are able to ask questions.

Chris Stevens is Project Design Manager for Quintex Sytems.  Chris will talk about implementing energy efficiency into kitchen design so that one day every future project can contribute to being a Net Zero Carbon operation. 


Caroline Benjamin founded Food Allergy Aware Ltd in 2013 to enable the food service business to understand and embrace the FreeFrom customer. Caroline will give a presentation with a Q & A session on food allergies best practice (near miss reporting) and Natasha's Law & what it means for UK businesses.


Denis Daveine.  With 29 years of experience in kitchen design and consultancy, we can say that Denis Daveine is a true professional! Denis is consultant & partner at Alma Consulting  and chair of FCSI France. During 1 hour he will tell you everything about ‘banishing plastic in food service: the French example!’.
