Memberships


Professional Members

Membership fee 2026: €570,- per year

Eligibility

  • Independent foodservice consultants or employees of a consultancy.
  • Actively engaged in foodservice consulting as a core professional activity.
  • Meet FCSI professional admission criteria.

Conditions

  • Full compliance with the FCSI Code of Ethics is required.
  • Entitled to use the FCSI Professional designation.
  • Voting rights and eligibility to hold office within FCSI EAME, subject to statutes.
  • Expected to contribute to the professional community through knowledge sharing and participation.


Senior Associate Members

Membership fee 2026: €570,- per year


Eligibility

  • Experienced professionals closely aligned with the foodservice consulting profession.
  • Do not meet all criteria for Professional Membership but demonstrate seniority and expertise.

Conditions

  • Individual membership.
  • May participate in FCSI EAME activities and events.
  • Voting rights and eligibility for office are subject to FCSI statutes.
  • May not present themselves as independent FCSI Professional 


Associate Members

Membership fee 2026: €255,- per year


Eligibility

  • Professionals active in foodservice or related sectors at an earlier career stage or in a supporting role.

Conditions

  • Individual, non‑voting membership unless otherwise specified.
  • Access to selected FCSI EAME events, communications, and resources.
  • May not use protected FCSI Professional titles.


Allied Individual Members

Membership fee 2026: € 827,- per year


Eligibility

  • Individuals employed by or representing companies supplying products or services to the foodservice industry.
  • Not acting as independent foodservice consultants.

Conditions

  • Membership is personal and not transferable to the employer or company.
  • May not provide independent consultancy under the FCSI name.
  • Allied Members do not have voting rights, in accordance with FCSI statutes.
  • Participation in events and committees is permitted within defined guidelines.


Allied/Corporate Members

Membership fee 2026: € 1.950,- per year


Eligibility

  • Companies supplying products or services to the foodservice industry.

Conditions

  • Corporate membership applies to the organisation, with designated representatives.
  • Representatives may participate in FCSI EAME activities and events.
  • Corporate members may not provide independent consultancy under the FCSI name.
  • Allied/Corporate Members do not have voting rights, in accordance with FCSI statutes.


Emeritus Members

Membership fee 2026: € 47,- per year


Eligibility

  • Long‑standing members who have retired from active professional practice.

Conditions

  • Reduced membership fee.
  • Non‑voting membership.
  • Continued access to the FCSI EAME network, communications, and selected events.
  • May not use FCSI designations for commercial purposes.


Affiliate Members

Membership fee 2026: € 255,- per year


Eligibility

  • Individuals with a professional interest in foodservice who do not qualify for other membership categories.

Conditions

  • Individual, non‑voting membership.
  • Access to selected FCSI EAME communications and events.
  • May not use protected FCSI titles or represent themselves as FCSI consultants


    • The following applies to all memberships: The termination of the membership by the member or the association must be made by July 1 of a club year and is valid from January 1 of the next year.

    • Detailed membership qualifications and admission criteria are assessed during the application and approval process, in accordance with FCSI statutes.
