The Conference #HEART26 logo represents the key themes and challenges shaping our industry, with each letter highlighting one of the essential pillars that define the Conference. H stands for Heart and Humanity symbolising the passion and human connection within FCSI, and the importance of designing for people through human-centred, ergonomic foodservice design. E represents the Environment, emphasising our shared responsibility to build a sustainable future for the next generations. A stands for AI & Automation, reflecting the rapid technological developments that are transforming the foodservice world. R signifies Responsibility, capturing our commitment to learning, mentoring, and supporting the future workforce. Finally, T represents Togetherness, highlighting the power of collaboration across regions, disciplines, and cultures within FCSI.

The overall theme for 2026 is to strengthen the HEART of the industry by creating balance between people, planet and performance. The focus is on sustainability, environmental responsibility and long-term value creation.
