On the Saturday afternoon we created a nice program for all of our guests. During this program we will visit the Château de Chantilly and the Hippodrome at which we will get a Chantilly cream workshop.

Curious about the extra activities?

Château de Chantilly

The Château de Chantilly is one of the finest jewels in the crown of France’s cultural heritage. Between the château, the grounds and the Great Stables, it’s impossible to be bored! There’s something for everyone: for fans of history or art, nature lovers or horse lovers, we propose a wide range of activities.

With an overall surface area of 115 hectares, the grounds of the Château de Chantilly are the result of several creations according to the fashion of each period.

Chantilly Racecourse is located in the country's main horse training area on 65 hectares next to the Chantilly Forest. A right-handed course, it was built with interlocking tracks. The main course is 2,400 meters long, with another at 2,150 meters, plus a round course adaptable from 1,400 to 2,400 meters.

From the impressive Hippodrome you have a few over Chantilly, the Grand Stables and the Château de Chantilly. We will have drinks in the Hippodrome entrance hall and the terrace, followed by the Chantilly cream workshop.

Chantilly cream workshop

The Picardy Chantilly Cream is a traditional sweetened, whipped cream from the town of Chantilly in the northern region of France. Widely known under its French name "crème Chantilly", this delicate whipped mixture has become a classic in the French gastronomy and pastry!

When we will have drinks in the Hippodrome, the owner of restaurant Le Vertugadin will give us a Chantilly cream workshop.

MasterChef competition

During Friday evening's dinner a cooking competition will take place, inspired by the famous TV-program 'MasterChef'. Who will be the MasterChef of FCSI EAME?

We are still looking for MasterChef's that want to join the competition. Do you think you could be the FCSI EAME MasterChef 2022? You can let us know by sending an email to office@fcsi.eu.
Please note that this page is still 'under construction', information will be added during the next few weeks.
